Is today some kind of international marijuana day or something?

So on my way home from school, I must have seen at least 5 people blazing.

I saw a latino guy rolling a joint in his car at a red light (I was waiting for the bus)

Then I saw a black guy smoking a joint while walking.

While passing by a park I must have seen at least 3 or 4 people sitting on a bench with them passing something around and putting it to their mouth (I assumed it was a joint).
So what's up with all this? Any holiday or something I don't know about.

It's Mr. Bob Marley's birthday today. He would be 62 or 63 if I remeber right.

So you people had better be tokin damn it! :p

yeah haha last week I was walking along when I smelt the very distinct smell of draw and I looked over my shoulder to see a tonk up black dude smoking a fat zoot just like that! I really shoud have asked for a toke :S2:
