Hello from the Dirty South

Greetings, all.

I'm basically a recreational user, though I obviously think there are beneficial side effects to my use. I've recently started researching the medicinal side of cannabis, as two friends have recently been diagnosed with cancer.

It sickens me that something that can be very beneficial to people who are suffering can be turned into a criminal act. But you've all heard that refrain before.

It's sadly ironic that, as you get older (I'm 32) and are apt to find yourself more in need of weed, it is often harder to get.

Anyway, I've enjoyed reading this message board, and I look forward to some interesting discussions.

If you're ever in the ATL, maybe we can share a bong hit or five.
