what happened?
Huge tornados flattened the area last night...
i wonder if benagain got blown away
i heard that the tornadoes touched down
like at 330am.that musta sucked
No doubt about it, the thing is is that it kind of hits home. I used to live about 20 minutes from where it happened. It was a nice place to retreat to, with alot of hiking trails (Florida Trail Association) and camping areas. It's just where you enter Ocala National Forest and also an area with plenty of good 'shroom paddy hunting to boot. I hope those counties declared state of an emergency will get the assistance they need to recover. The thing is that winter is typically the dry season there, so that together with it happeneing while most were asleep had to be terrifying to the locals. Hope they recover from it soon.
Luckily it happened a bit north of where I live. Such a tragic thing to happen. Everyone was asleep with they touched down. What a horrible way to wake up. My thoughts are prayers are with the entire county right now :(
