Quick buffalo chicken rangoons
what you'll need.
wonton wrapppers (can be found in local grocer)
1 large can of chicken
1 bottle of franks buffalo sauce ( or whatever buffalo sauce you like)
1 pkg of cream cheese
corn oil
filling: in a sauce pan combine the can of chicken, and cover it with hot sauce. put that on med and let it simmer for about 5-10 min. Let the mix cool and put it in a bowl add the cream cheese at room temp (easyer to work with), and mix it up. If you like it realy cheesy just add more cheese.
on a cookie sheet, or a CLEAN counter put out one wrapper and brush the very edges with some water. Place a table spoon of the filling in the middle and fold the wonton in half meeting the sides together and making a triangle. crimp the sides with a fork to make sure there are no gaps for the goodness to exape.
get a pan for deep frying and fill it up about half way with corn oil. heat it up to 360. Drop in about 2-3 at at time and watch them they cook fast. about 30 seconds and they are golden. remove to a paper towel.
serve with a blue cheese dressing.... MMMMMMM hMMMM mmMMM
