Found a hermie what can i do with it ?!?!

Hi guys, well i've 7 skunk#1 in my flower room, pre-sexed them b4 i flipped the lights, and put the fems in, binned the positive males. One of the fems now has small 'balls' on some of the stems, what can i do with it?, it's one of the biggest bushiest plants i've got and i really really dont wanna kill her/him. If i leave it in the flower room will it pollenate the other fems? I've read about snipping the 'balls' off but won't there be pollen already on the plant to blow around the room? Could i leave her in the veg room with the seedlings growing, would i get much bud off her or would she pollenate herself and get just seeds ?? I've 2 HPS 600w in both rooms, obviously flower on 12/12 (5 days in now), veg on 18/6 so if she/he stayed in the veg room woule he/she bud under that light cycle? i don't know much just starting out so please bare with me!!
