dark period after bloom
ive heard alot of ppl put ther plants in a dark period for upto 72 hours before harvest...
is ther much benifit to this?
im currently ready to harvest but i have one plant thats a week or so behind, so i wana leave that in ther, so to put my other plants in a dark period will be a bit of a mission, if its not worth it i wont bother...
cheers
any advice would be appreciated.

I did it once by putting in a blueberry plant while flowering others of the same strain the 'regular way' and noticed no difference. But it doesn't hurt anything if you want to try it too. No peeking if you do!

There is no proof one way or the other. It has been tried by many, many and some say its helps and others say it does not.
Personally I would want the plant to use up the stored chlorophyll to help improve the taste and speed up the cure time so I don't. The plant needs light to complete the chlorophyll process so if there is no light then the plant can't burn up the stored energy.
Its up to you there is no proof one way or the other beyond antidotal evidence.

as well anyone will notice a big difference in their buds if you dont look at them for 72 hours. Its just that us growers cant keep our eyes off them when the lights are on and we dont notice them growing
