Just saying High Ontario/GTA/Brampton - New Immigrant from US

Hello everyone. I recently moved to Brampton, from the States. I'd really appreciate any information/help anyone can give me about where to find likeminded people, hangount places for heads, cool local (jam, rock, alt. country/folk, newgrass, etc.) bands. I also really dig bars with a downhome/dive-y/locals style... Please help me get out and get started on my new social life! LOL Lots of Thanks & Peace!
