Help gaining weight

Does anyone here know any techniques on how to gain weight? I am 19 years old and weight about 105. Ive tried everything but i cant seem to gain weight. I dont really have time to lift weights because i work like 45 hours a week. I eat like a fatass but mostly eat fast food. I live with my parents and my schedule is completely different than theirs so i am never home to eat dinner with them and when i get home from work there already asleep. So i cant cook anything. I eat alot of food but its mostly fast food. And latley i have had no appetite for that shit. Does anyone know any fast easy meals that will help me out. I just dont get how my metabolism can be so fucking high that i cant gain a single fucking pound. It has gotten so bad that people think im a crack head. They make their smart ass remarks like "stay off that crack" when i make a mistake at work. Those smart ass remarks eventually got to me so bad that i just quit my job because i was sick of that shit. Anyways anyones help is appreciated.

u need to get to the gym. find time, im sure u can. and try to eat lots of protein. one gram of protein for every pound of lean muscle u have plus lifting should get u gaining weight. good weight too, being fatter shouldnt be the goal. btw how tall are u?

Damn.. ..A buck five? Go to GNC and buy some weight gain powder. They come in chocolate and vanilla, and give you madd energy from my experience. They taste pretty good as shakes, also. But, if you don't work out, you'll just gain fatty mass, which isn't good; you need to pack on muscle weight, dig?

Yea i have some weight gainer but i really dont notice any difference. But i dont really dont care if i get fat. Because a little fat wont hurt. But i guess im just have to tough it out and lift some weights. Im really just a lazy stoner.

You should be eating something hgih in carbs., not fast food junk. That fast food shit will help you gain weight, but you'll end up looking like a fatass.

If you;'re thin now, gain weight, do it the healthy way, so you come out looking more bulked, but not fat.

I suggest eating potatoes, pastas too are high in carbs, breads and such. If you really want to bulk up, consider a gym or weight lifting. Buy some protein powder in whatever flavour you want, eat lots but healthy lots, and work out.

If you want, I have an extra 25lbs or so I need to get rid of, so how about I shave it off myself, and you paste it to your body? ;) Ha ha! I'm just kidding.

Be sure to cut back caffeine intake if you are a heavy coffee or energy drink drinker, that will take a normal metabolism and shoot it through the roof. liek someone said be sure to eat some heavy carbs, since that gets burned before anything else, then stack a shit load of calories on top of that. One way people do it is calorie counting, but basically the opposite way that most fat ass Americans think of calorie counting hehe.. Look at what you eat through the day and keep track of how many calories you consumed, then the next day beat that calorie count, I'm being very non technical about this lol. I am sure there is a write up somewhere on the internet if ya Google how to gain weight or something

ps not saying each day up your calorie count. If you up your calories you should start gaining weight, eventually the calories that you have been taking day after day won't keep on making you gain weight, then it is time to up it again. I am much to lazy to get this into shit, just saw it somewhere once lol

I've been through this for years.Eat cereal at night before bed,whole grains r important.Excercise and a good solid diet that is broken up into smaller meals throughout the day.I am at a strapping 125 now,need asome tightening up but I'm 50,so what I'm saying is no processed food,like white suger,use carob if u need chocolate,or the dark kind.Colorful vegies and lots of fruits along w/protein and u will look as well as feel 110%.Yes,mj has helped by allowing me to eat,I meake some mean brownies,ect.lol.That's the best way for me is munchin on my brownies and I'll much all day.
How can a camparison be made between mj and heroin,speed and all those other things that WILL KILL you.

I was always smaller in size than a lot of people growing up. You can drink all the weight gain powder you want...but if you don't eat correctly with high-intensity weight training...it won't do shit. First off..cut out fast food from your diet. Also...tobacco/nicotine and caffiene increase your metobolism, so cut down or cut those out as well.

How to gain weight and gain muscle mass

Go to that site...it's got some really good info to read. I actually got the ebook a few years ago...and it is extremely helpful (I dunno if it's free...it was like $10 then). SO worth it though. There are three or four types of body structures. What you are considered is a hard-gainer. Basically what will work for someone that gains weight easily...will not necessarily work for you or the other body structures. That's why this e-book is good...it's focused solely on the hard-gainer type and goes step-by-step on how to keep track of calories, carbs, and protein...gives weight training tips/steps. Also..supplements are a big part. You can't relie on them by themself..but added with the eating, shakes, and lifting...they can help immensly.

I love how there are 1000000's of ways to lose weight, but when it comes to gaining...it's suppose to be a 'given' just to eat more. Eating less will not necessarily lose weight and eating more will not necessarily gain...that can work...but everyone is different and sometimes it takes a combination or something totally different to either gain or lose.
