there are about 400 different types of weed and its nearly impossible to tell them apart.
One way is to smoke it and see whether it is an indica, sativa, or a mix of both. Another factor is smell...if my weed smelled like blueberries I would assume that it was Blueberry.
But not based on looks and not based on what people on the streets call it. Dealers often make up names to increase prices - Dealing 101.
