i figured the best way to get herbal information on the web was visit my good friends here at cannabis.com.
i am trying to research herbal alternatives for hormone replacement therapy, i dont particularly trust or appreciate derivatives, synthetics, and other pharmaceuticals.
SO... what herbs should i be researching, anyone know?
or if anyone has a useful and detailed site that explains all about herbal estrogens and their uses and dangers... i would appreciate the help :)

I dont know too much about herbal/natural approaches to HRT for menopause and haven't had any symptoms yet myself. I know I've read that black cohosh and dong quai and, I think, licorice, are helpful, but I have no idea how or why. I know soy isoflavones through diet or supplements are thought to help provide plant-based estrogens. If you find a good site on this, I'd love to see the link!
lol nuts. i was hoping a member around here would have that great link for ME! >.< oh well, i guess it's back to google... DAMN i wish i could figure out internet searches XD
