growing cannabis with no THC

I was wondering if it is possible to grow cannabis with little or no THC content. I've heard that if you were to harvest late, you would lose THC. Is that true? If so would that mean you can smoke a cannabis bud that would be considered legal? :confused:

So it could be considered legal cannabis. So you could smoke this legal cannabis worry free. So why come out with thoses legal buds when you can have a legal cannabis bud?

NOOOO legal bud is not cannabis.
Cannabis cultivation, including hemp/industrial varieties with no THC, is still illegal.
It's the plant, not the THC, that is illegal to grow.

Sounds like hemp to me. In many countries, including USA, hemp culture is illegal.

hemp cultivation is NOT legal infact the senator if idaho ( or north dakota)i think is asking permission to start a hemp farm. and i think it has to be voted on by a compiite or cabinet of some sort. but ig u grow a cannabis plant with no THC it is still ILLEGAL.

If you want to smoke unpotent pot don't waste good seeds to grow plants with no effectiveness. Instead grow hemp or just go buy some schwagg :D.
