I was stoned so I decided to ride out to get some food from the corner store. Right when I walked outside I see blacky (neighbor) hes like 11 or 12. He tried hopping on his 4 wheeler but his little sister. Shes like 7 started screaming at him and he got busted by his daddy and spanked because he wasnt supposed to be on it. He took her behind the shed thats facing towards my yard and he grabbed her arm and beat her in the face a few times with his fist then dragged her by her arm away.
