Help! Random drug test at work! Damnit!

Please give informative information only. I just started this awesome accounting job and one week later the company decided to do random drug testing (UA), crap! I have smoked pot for about 15 years, exactly a 1/2 oz. per week, my dealer will vouch for that! Any hey, it got me through college! Anyways, I have been abstaining for 30 days now and I'm still just getting a very faint line on home drug tests taken with my first piss of the day. Substitution is not an option...this is random testing done at random unknown days/times. I'm thinking of doing the dillution method every day with Certo (like the dillution sticky suggests) to get thru the first testing. All of my fellow pot buddies who still work there (some have quit because of this) believe the testing will begin next week, Jan. 22. We believe they will load us up in a company vehicle and drive us to the local hospital. I live in a town of about 5000 people, so the hospital is small, if that matters. Any helpful hints or suggestions? Please! I need this job! :(

Just keep some synthetic urine on you at all times and go to the sporting good store and buy some toe warmers, and also buy a digital thermometer that doesn't beep. oh yea...
