I have both and I'm going to flower very soon, so I need to take clones now. I've had NL and love it, but have no clue if I've ever had Afghani. So hit me with every bit of info and opinions you have, I'll take links too. Thanks a bunch.

Don't know about Afghani, but damn do I love a nice NL too. I usually like sativas better but NL ranks one of my favourite strains I've tried. It's fucking perfect... well it's really good anyway.
Afghani is really a good solid plant.
If you can find Afghani Dream... WOW is all I can say.
But Afghans are easy to clone and I love the real classic smooth hashy pot taste.
I guess I'm the only one who voted for the classics, lol!
iv'e been lucky ,to have smoked both these weeds when i was in amsterdam from the sensiseeds coffee shop n/l is fucking loverly but afgan #1 is the stongest bub i have ever smoked but that just me but,   ive been smoking for 26 years
The only thing I regret about my trips to Amsterdam is that I didn't try as many strains as I could have. Ah well, hindsight... and I'll be damned if I don't return again one day.
next time you go make sure you try homegrownfantaseeds coffee shops xxxhaze and there super crstal they will knock your head off:stoned: :stoned: :rastasmoke: :rastasmoke: :rasta: :rasta:Quote:

When I phased out the strains I really didn't love ... the Afg left and the NL stayed .... just my :twocents:

Well I p-lan on having a bonsei mom of both, but I'm leaning toward the Northers. While the Afghanis are quick growers mine seem to be a little stretched for my liking. The Northers are stout bushy and a little more fun to train and play with. So I will keep for strains going but I think the harvest will help weigh up the final decision.
