How do I put pictures on the thread?

Can anyone tell me how to put pictures on the thread?

When you post, look for the paper clip icon.
Click it.
Add attachment like you would when you add an attachment to email.
Quick reply will not give you the attachment option.
Only Post Reply if you are on someone else's thread.
