If handmade, I twist the end of it if there's room, if not, poke in with a pencap,
If rolling machine, same thing, but I fold the paper in towards the weed.
Change the way you roll,
Use a decent amount of weed at the start of the joint, very little though the rest. seal it making sure the paper is loose and has more room for more weed, add more weed, stuff it with the ass of a pen, the part you want to close just fold over from four corners.
Thats how i do my "model" joints when im at a new place or with new people.
They look totally pro, and no weed falls out. You can even use the very tip of a iggeret to be the end of your joint, so when you get that nasty ass hit, you know all the weed is gone, no more roaches!
pipes are easier though.
it happens to me too. when i roll with a pre-rolled roach, i just hold the jay slightly in angle, so that the end i'll light is a little bit up, so weed doesn't fall.
If you roll with both ends free, just put more weed in the middle and try to...well....keep it from falling lol.
Roll it tighter or pinch the ends and kinda pack it in a little with your finger. Pinching the ends makes it where it wont fall out but there's more paper in your first hitQuote:

Its a must when you are smoking with idiot heathens who fuck up the tip.
I am a huge fan of rolling cones(I like how they hit). And with this type of joint even if it is "pre-roached" you are able to pack everything pretty nicely, but yeah I always twist the end a bit.
pack and twist
