How can they have such a law as a ingestion of a controlled substance law like we have here in ND....gay ass law has got me into alot trouble lately.....does anyone esle agree that this is a retarded law and the punishment is rediclous, for one you can end up with jail time and two you must test clean before release

Testing positive for a controlled substance IS possesion and it's some serious jail time and fines and shit. It's fuckin' bullshit.

I'm doing this E-Congress thing in government class where you create bills for an electronic congress that consists of like 250 school around the USA. My bill is for not the legalization of marijuana, but to empty out our jails and prisons of all the non-violent marijuana users. If people steal and rob to get marijuana (the few that do), send their ass to a prison in ND! But leave the peaceful smokers out of incarceration!
Spoolin' you are absolutely right about the shit with fighting. When I was in highschool, a kid could kick the shit out of some other kid and get suspended for 3 days. Get caught with pot and it was something like 2 weeks minimum suspension. You even have to go to an expulsion hearing board.
