This is a good way to test if someone is high off of weed. Just tell them to stand straight up then take your index finger real close in front of the persons eyes and tell them to look at it. Now move your finger left to right slowly, you'll know if they are high just look at there body, they might even fall backwards :p .

no they dont shake, their eye is suppose to twitch... but its a bullshit test
