I love 24 but I don't watch it until it's on DVD, so I gotta wait a lot longer, but it's worth it.

i started watching it last season it is pretty all right

i've watched seasons 1, 2, and 3, and a few episodes of season 4 because all the original characters.. except for jack of course were either fired or dead so i was pissed and didn't watch it, from what my old brother told me whos watched all 5 seasons, the 5th season is the worst by far and i agree with him when he said the 1st season is the best and the show just gets worse and more rediculous with every season but the first 3 seasons are really good and im trying to decide wether i should watch the 6th season without watching the 4th or 5th, any suggestions?

i haven't seen 24 before in my life. my mom watches it alot so i know what it's kinda all about, but should i watch this new season without ever watching a single one before?
