Heed Quick help...Ebb and Flow...??

I'm finally setting up my 4x4 ebb and flow table with 40 gallon resevoir...i have (17) 3x3 rw cubes with rw starter cubes in them with seedlings growing ...roots are starting to show through the second cube...i have 7.5 x 7.5 x 10 inch white pots ...my question is how deep do i plant the 3x3 rw cubes in the planter ...the flood table is 7 inches deep...and the drain plug is 5 inches tall from the bottom of the flood tabbe...???...im using hydroton grow rocks as a medium to grow...??:confused:

plant them about 3/4 down.

lol...ok ...can you be a little more specific...im a begginner so i dont know what that means ...what im trying to ask is ...does the 3x3 cuce need to get wet at all...and if so how much under water and if not how far away from the wet grow rocks...before they are filled around and covered with the grow rocks...??
