seeds through the mail

is it legal to buy seed through the mail and have them ship it to your door?

so nobody is going to tell me?

Well, most of the companies that do that ship them inside of a discreet package that usually has a CD case in it with the seeds there... it'd be hard to notice unless you had someone actually opening your mail and going through it.
