beer foam...

i wonder who figured out that if you tap a can of beer right before you open it pretty solidly (usually done by slamming your thumb down on it) a few times, that it won't spit foam out all over the place...

and it's also weird how it works, if anything you'd think it'd agitate up more foam, not get rid of what's already there...

yes it does, anytime i don't do it and pop one open i get foam all over my fingers.

works with soda too.

i know, the first time some one told me that, i was like fuck you, you do it first... and it worked...

I've seen people doing it on tv and movies, but I cant remember any of them atm

yea, not a whole ep thing, but one of the side bits they show in between the big stuff. Would be nice to see the science behind it.

OK try this....

If you are at a Keg party...and the beer is foamy.

take your finger, and rub it on the side of your nose, then swish it in your beer....walla

foam gone in about 3 seconds........

It works from the oil from your skin braking up the foam.............
