anti-social North Seattlite

Hi there. Had a post the other day, which appears to have been nuked. I'm not totally sure why. I didn't mention email, or mail order Junior, and I didn't ask for a hook-up directly. I did semi-specifically mention a few area coffee shops, by way of trying to meet a potential pal from this site (it would have been cool to meet this person, who from earlier posts appeared to be quite friendly, because I would have had the chance to be all super-spy and say, "I'm just in town to see the SpaceNeedle").

I'm not saying there was no reason to nuke my post(s), just that I don't know what the reason was. Can anyone help figure that out? I'm still learing the rules.

While I'm here, I'll very briefly reiterate my first post, in case anyone missed it:

North Seattle . . . new to this part of town, but not the area . . . have lived a casual existence until now, and don't know much about finding business relations . . . also don't know much about the etiquette involved . . . looking for advice . . . also just trying to meet people.

I moved up back here a while back after an extended time away... and its indeed a little colder then I remember. Everybody seems to mind their own more too. Maybe thats what growing up is..
