i was checkin out my plants today and there are tiny white bugs crawling around in the dirt,, they arent causing any damage,,, yet.. but i still wana kill them, almost the kind oif tiny siz that you wouldnt see a bug unless youre staring at the dirt,

hmm well that could be anything really, so step one is IDENTIFY THE ENEMY. Step two BUY INSECTICIDE. the stage of growing you are in should also determine what kind of insecticide you should use on your plants. I would personally use anything by Safer's, as it's organic and can be used even up until harvest. It's gentle on the plants, and effective. Neem oil works as a preventative, insecticidal soap is a milder insecticide but works really well on most pests, and then safer's also has a product called End All, which will wipe out any stragglers/stubburn pests that won't die.

Get some sticky pads to go on th floor around your plants.It took some of them and cut a slot in them so as to fit around the stem,flipped them upside down,with the sticky part facing the medium.The gnats love the soil and you can control them but not irradicate them.You still need an insecticidle soap,as suggested in post above! The sticky pads will stop them at different stages,too! Just a preventive trick I learned along the way!
