Okay, I applied (and got) a job today with a company who uses Labcorp to do drug tests. I was given the form to bring to the testing facility (which was luckily closed) and will be expected to go Monday (today being Friday, so 3 days from now)...
I am not a frequent user (once every 4-6 weeks?) but have twice within the last 3 weeks - the second time 6-7 days ago. On this occasion it was with a vaporizer.
My question is the one almost everyone on this board has - and I do understand no one can be sure until the real test - but what are my chances of making it through this? I am slightly overweight (220 lbs, 6'0) and have already begun the "drink a ton of liquids" method. The downside to this is I'm already too diluted to use the home test I purchased, for fear of wasting it. Opinions? Recommendations? (yes, I've already perused the board carefully, but most of the questions are regarding heavy users).

Drinking days before the test will not clean you out faster. The dilution method's goal is to dilute your THC metabolite concentration below the cutoff on the day of test, not to pressure wash your insides. Make yourself more comfortable and slow down on the fluid intake till the day of the test. Then Saturday or Sunday morning test with your first void of the day. Most people who are overweight take longer to clear THC from their system than skinny to normal weight people.

If you plan to dilute on test day, start taking Creatine supplements a few days before you actually test to allow it to turn into creatinine, your body's bi-product. It is my understanding that the creatinine levels are one of the things that they test for when looking to see if you diluted or not, so raising them is not too bad of an idea in your case. They also look at PH balance, so you're going to need some salts to counteract the dilution. I recently took a test myself at Labcorp, and I believe everything came back clear (no news is good news), and I tried chicken broth as one of my dilution liquids to help my PH level stay normal, along with some Rolaids. Hopefully, you won't need to over-dilute... probably just a little, considering your infrequency. I recommend shelling out the extra $15 on another test (or maybe two). It helps to clear the jitters when you test clean on your last pee before going to the testing site. Most of this stuff here was tried from a dilution thread that's recently floated down on the board. You might want to read it... good stuff.

Close but not quite. You are right about the creatine. It does need to be taken 2-4 days before the test or eat a lot of red meat for 2-4 days before the test. Salt does nothing for pH. Dilution also really doesn't throw off the pH. Salt though can be helpful for specific gravity, which is tested to check for dilution. The Rolaids does nothing for the pH of your urine, it affects the pH of your stomach. Rolaids is suggested to take when diluting to also help with specific gravity. All of this is covered in the dilution thread as well as the preferred fluid which is not chicken broth.

I am sorry, I have said it before and I will say it again, but for me synthetic urine is the way to go. Quick Fix has saved my ass more than a few times....As long as you aren't being watched. I just don't like the uncertainty of masking my own urine.
