I am losing my sister

My sister's dad filed emergency custody and go ther last july, the hearing is january the fourth. The main reasons why we aren't getting her is:

My mother and Andy are not married.

My mother was being investigated by the police for drug trafficing.

I am being investigated for sexual molestation.


It is so ridiculous all of it. We are happier in Knoxville than we have ever been. We have more money and more things than we have ever had. Why does it matter they aren't married. John(her dad)has lived shacked up with women since Jessica(my sister)was born. The police told my mother she was not being investigated, so that is out.

Here is the whole story of me being investigated.

My cousins were in a bind, their father was mentally retarded(he had tried to pass off a dollar bill for a hundred in a crack deal and got shot in the head, left him retarded or some shit, his left side of his body doesn't work right either), their mom was slow to, and she never cleaned house. You could smell it down the road. Piles of clothes everywhere, as big as couches. We took the kids(all four of them)and helped them get on their feet. Well joey(their dad)stole our car and was arrested. The county didnt believe he had stolen our car, so they impounded and sold it at auction(it is a law that only tennessee has, if they don't believe your car was stolen, they can keep it). We took the girls to day-care and some of the ladies told us they thought the girls had been touched or something(they were 5, 4, and 3 years old). The youngest would often lay down and shit with her hands someplace saying daddy would rub it to feel better. Well he went back to court for that, and they found him not guilty. Tina(their mom) testified and he told the judge of a warrent a county had on her for a check she wrote that bounced(he made her write it). so she went to jail for 6 months. We had these children for over 4 months already, so another 6, plus 5 when she got out. When joey got out, he called child services and said that i had been sexually abusing the children. Now, as far as I know, I am not being investigated anymore, but they are still using it so my mom doesnt get my sister.

I will be casterated before I let something like this affect my sister living with us. The Judge just happens to be his sister's boyfriend, and my mother was advised by someone from the county, who is a good friend of john's mother not to change judges.

This is a very small town that I am from, and the court is just 15 miles away. This is a corrupt court case and there is no way we can win it.

Damn, I don't really know what to say about this.

It's not even the fact I am being investigated, it is that we took care of these kids for two years and he did it, now it is being used so that we lose custody of my sister.

Is my understanding of the situation correct?

1. John is the father of your sister.
2. John is seeking custody of your sister.
3. The judge who will determine whether he receives custody is John's sister's boyfriend.

If that is the case, the judge has a clear conflict of interest, and any competent attorney will be able to change legal venue or invalidate his ruling.
