Thought it pretty cool to finally see it promoted on a soap opera...The wife was watching and I stopped to watch as well.. Alexis decieded enough was enough, the pain was just too much as her chemo treatments were very painful...She excepted Sams marijuana to ease her pain...She didnt think she was getting a buzz, but wanted potatoe chips. She also told Spinelli she liked his hat...hahahaha...it was good...... :thumbsup:
Was cannibis shown in a positive light? Soaps usually have pretty liberal story lines. Keep posting more episodes!
This is telling all of those middle class, stay-at-home, women that medical pot is OK! :jointsmile: Of course, the sympathetic character is going to get busted, and that will spark a bit of outrage among these women who don't have a life. Rejoice! This is the awakening of millions of American women! Remember that the actors who play villians on soaps often get attacked by soap opera fans! Women (especially those with virtually no lives), who watch these things really get involved with the plot! This could change the minds of MILLIONS of conservative, middle class women! This may seem like a trivial thing to you (who are most likely a son of a soap watcher), but when Mom asks you for a joint to releave the pain of her arthritis, or whatever, you will know where that came from! watch this show and might get the idea that weed is cool

I watch GH sometimes. That storyline caught my attention. While she will probably be busted for it or something,(after all it is a soap opera) all in all it put medical usage of pot in a good light. It's a small step toward waking people to the fact it is not as bad as some try to make it out to be.

"Is it possible that these Moms will now be less likely to go off the deep end, when they find out that "Johnny" has been using pot?" They portray the dealer as a cracked out psycho, which I think is unfair because most dealers are just people taking advatnage of a product high in cost AND demand.
