The Duke Rape Scandal

What the hell is going on with this thing. The fact there is no DNA from any of the suspects is just being released and now the girl isn't even sure if she was raped?

This may get deleted due to controversy, but what ever.

I said when it first happened the bitch was probably lying and now it appears I was right. I feel really bad for these poor guys. I was watching fox news and they had this female saying how nothing but a little vaginal swelling showed up in the rape exam.

The DA should lose his job over this crap. That is our justice system for you. And how the hell aren't all the charges dropped now?

So the DNA results were actually released in Apr yet the rape charges weren't dropped till december and they are still being charged with assult?

WTF is wrong here? They are still looking at the same potential punishment. Oral rape isn't rape in that state. It is considered sexual assult I think. They are still looking at serious problems. I don't understand how this bitch hasn't been completely discredited at this point.

did you see she is pregnant and about to have a baby from someone else? and they found several different dna's in her but not one of the team members..and she accused 3 other people of rape about 10 years ago in the same scenario...the nerve of some mothers children..people like that make it hard for women who really have been violated...

Agreed, everytime one of these women claims rape when it never happens only makes it harder to get an actual conviction in this case.

All I will say is this has a lot to do with race. I won't say anymore on this, but because of the social and racial issues involved, the white DA seems to be trying super hard to find anything that will get a conviction.

This is going to go down as one of those WTF cases through history.

I think it was made because the DA dropped the rape charges today.

Isn't the DA up for re-election soon too? These poor Duke players should get some compensation for this BS, they have been dragged through the mud

i should have just killed the fucker who rapped my GF... she was rapped back in april... 8 F*CKING MONTHS AGO.... and as far as i know, she hasnt even been contacted by the DA... nothing about a court case... the guy is probobly out walking around town....

he had just been released from an 8 month jail sentence... and guess what for.... can anyone guess... he had just gotten out... the same exact day, that he raped my girl.... from jail, for holding 3 girls hostage... and raping them...
