Mods a little help?

A person needs some genuine advice and a couple of users have reorted to ridiculing them

To be honest, i dont think what they did was right, but the mods cant do anything about it, as you said, it was a genuine question but thats not really a person attack or an insult.

I think it's just a good example of a general lack of compassion.
