ive personally boughtfrom www.everyonedoesit.com and it shipped to upstate New York in 1 1/2 business weeks. great packaging and great prices. fuck american headshops they are way too expensive - uk or canada
why are you only interested in headshops located in the states? i'd try bluntbros.com eventhough they're located in canada. i think their prices are pretty reasonable... how far are you from a major city? personally i usually wait until the spring time and go to schwagstock in missouri.
