"AromaCare II" - Crappy vape question

I bought the ghetto looking AromaCare II Vaporizer USED at a headshop in woodstock. It came with no instructions-- i've been using it without them for a while, but not regularly. I Was wondering if anyone knew if the switch in the "up" position or the "down" position was the higher heat.. cuz something i read online said you're supposed to start the bud at one temp, and smoke at another.

Any help/experiences wit this lousy vaporizer are greatly appreciated :stoned:
