Set your alarm for about three hours after you plan to crash. Leave a 2 liter bottle of water next to your crash spot. When the alarm goes off, turn it off (obviously), and drink water until you feel your stomach filling up. Trust me, you will be very thirsty at this point (if you're anything like me anyway).
After that, crash, wake up, piss, and enjoy a floaty happy non-hashed-over morning! Works for me. :)

What's a "hash over?" Do you mean to say you get an alcohol-like hangover from smoking hash? I've never experienced anything like that.

ive never experienced it, but i also enjoy the feeling of burnout(but i also have add, and when im burning out is one of the only times where i sit there and dont fidget constantly)
also careful you dont drink TOO much water! this happens alot to people on a certain pill form off topic mood elevator popular at raves. they drink tooooo much, and therefore pee to much, piss out all their electrolytes and literally pee themselves to death.
Well if a hash over is anything like the way you feel after a night of smoking a lot tree, why would you want to get rid of that. Weed hangovers feel great, just a great state of mind.
I smoke a decent amount of hash and never get these 'hash overs' =/
I have yet to make my own hash. I get pessimistic when i have my comedown, kinda like a man period.

The only reason why i think you could be getting a "hash over" is because maybe your blazin right before you go to bed...i do that at night to get to sleep better then wake up feeling kinda tired for about an hour? Maybe that tired part is the "weed hangover"? w.e you dont see me complaining i like it:)
Haha yeah, it's usually because I'll smoke up an hour or so before bed. When I wake up I feel really groggy and dehydrated. So that's why I drink a lot of water in the middle of the night. When I wake up I feel perfectly hydrated, and I enjoy the "morning after" smoking effects. (Very calm, slow, pleasent body sensation.)
