woah.. im in a dilemma.. can you actually be in a dilemma, or do you have a dilemma? anyway i dont remember and i think im spellin it wrong

anyway, so, the dilemma(sp?) is - i need to go across the room to get the joint i rolled before.. i dont remember how it got there, but it is and theres fuck all i can do about it.. anyway, so i need to go get this joint right? BUT (yes theres a but!) if i try and walk to it i'll either a) fall over, b) get paranoid half away across the room and have to sit back down, or c) get lost on the way to it.. what should i do?

It's all a question of perspectives, GHoST.

The joint is over there, relative to your postition, so the task is to get the joint over here. The joint has no automotive power (ie, it can't move by itself), and yet you cannot remember how it got there. So, you must have put it there. All you have to do is remember to get it when you next have to move (ie, go to the toilet, or summat), then you won't 'actually' be getting the joint, but rather you'll combine it with another action. That way, the joint will be over here, without you having to actually bring it over here as a defined task.

If the joint is over by a window you could always throw somthing to break the glass and then wait for the draft to blow the joint your way.

...oh, hang-on, the trouble with that is that the amount of suction required, would probably implode your head, or make you pass out, or even leave you without enough puff to even light it once you got it there.
