Need sum help to pass a piss test...

I took a piss test a few weeks ago, and didn't pass because it was "too diluted" so now I have to take another one Thursday, in two days. I smoked not this past Saturday, but a week before that. Not much, maybe a joint? And a few weeks before that one blunt with 3 heads, I've been keepin it pretty down low. I run almost everyday at wrestlin practice, unless I've got work or somethin and I can't go to practice. I'm not too tall, but I'm only 7 percent body fat. I just have to pass this last drug test and I'll be clear for a long ass time frum drug tests.. so what should I do? I need sum advice fast!

you can use bleach, it will kill all the THC in your urin, but thats for a standard drug test

if your test gets sent to a lab, ask a buddy for piss, i know it sounds gross but hey it works and you get to keep smoking
