high anybody used liquid growmore.

hi im looking for the right nutes and or ferts. looking at the bottle i think its (npk)is 7:7:7: is that ok for white widow flowering or can anyone tell me the name of a comercial one that i can use and get good results. the one iv chenged to is liquid grow more was using mirical grow then wwent to baby bio , then used these sticks for flowering plants just leave in soil and feeds for 2 month took them out fast as not good things happend they were 10:10:10: maby they were too strong. maby i should have used a smaller stick in each plant. as u can see im new to all this and would like to do it right any help would be great.
