weight bench need help

hi
as my farzaaa is beeeing a moody twat i gota move my bench and weight upstairs

has anyone else got weights upstairs..i just wana know wether an average house can take it
as itll go under ma bed total weight in the room will bw about 230 lb as its about me-9stone, weight and bench-90lb and bed and clothes and normal room stuff so it should be about 230lb maxxxx

just wana know has anyone else done this???
i dont really want to wake up the next day and not have togo down the stairs if u know wat i mean

u shouldnt have any probs,average house has 8"x2" floor joists, which would take that weight easy,unless u have a very large bdroom 18ft plus,if so then u might want to put the weights on a sheet of 25mm ply to help spread the weight.the weekest part of the floor is the middle.
