Cut it off, with scissors.
make sure they're new and sharp. you'll see why
If you dont know how to get weed off a plant, then maybe you should visit the grow faqs and grow forums... Seriously.
Its called HARVESTING.
I hope your gonna cure/dry it before you sell it to people unless you want to sell it wet.

Lol, how difficult can it be? You see the buds, you cut them off and dry 'em. That simple. I recommend you read up on cannabis cultivation because it doesn't sound like you know too much about how buds are produced or how they look when they are growing.
