FIM pruning
my babies are almost 3wks into veg. all of em have 3-4 distinct nodes with their 5-6th set of leaves coming in. i'm limited in space so i'd like to try FIMing them. when is the best time to do this? is it possible to do it more than once? i have a variety of sativas/indicas, will each type respond differently?

You can do it now if you want. I never did it more than once, so I can't say. You probably can, I would think, but when you fim you'll get 3-4 new branches coming out the top so, what, you want to fim each of these as well? Seems like a bit of overkill to me.
Don't know how each will respond. I did mine with a Nirvana Afghani and it worked pretty well.

nah, i was just wondering if when my sativas get too high down the road that i might be able to do it to a couple to make em bushier. LST might be the better way to deal with it once this happens though, now that i think about ti

Ya, do LST instead because once they get into flowering mode you don't want to be cutting any growing tips off. But you can always bend them down some more. Good luck.
