Reputation

Slap me silly but I just noticed that two lovely members here gave me "reputation". Yes...I know I've been here long enough and I should know but I have no idea what it means or how it's used. I know it's a positive thing. Will someone be kind enough to explain to me what it means? Thank you.

Actualy I noticed I got a nice portion of respect on here in a small amount of time, people that have been here as long as me tend to have much lower respect points, ect.

Before I give you a cookie...how do you know you've got more than someone else?

Look at those little green dots under your post count, the more of those, the more reputation, I'm considered a fairly new member and I have 2, I've never seen someone as new as me with 2.

so THATS what that green dot is.....can you see who gave you the rep?

Sometimes, go into your user CP and sometimes it shows recent reputation, chances are nothing will be there.
