how do you beat the heat?

hey guys, writing to you from melb where it is currently about 41 degrees, ive been in my room most of the day with the fan on but it is still bloody hot, gonna take a cold shower soon and go down to 7/11 for a slurpee and some icecream....., though id kill for an icecream truck to come by right now........ a nice soft serve with cholate nad nuts, hmmmmmmmmm....... may go down to the supermarket to get some icecream instead of sevs........ got some weed, but cbf leaving the house and parents are home, so im gonna wait till tonight get high, hopefully itll help me sleep a bit......
