Ever regret your munchies?
So last night I got pretty high and like most stoners at 12am I got the munchies. As a girl, not every girl is concerned with what she eats but I am, I like to not go over 600 calories a day. I know harsh but I lost like 50 pounds like this. So anyway I ended up raiding the kitchen and ate 6 muffins, a can of dorritos, like 3 pepsi cans, some tortila chips and some chocolate. Yeah wow. So right now im having some major regrets. I mean now my tummy hurts and i'm probably gonna gain 3 pounds. God......now I gotta go to the gym damnit. Every do that kind of shit?

I remember a time when i was high and ate a lot of tacos while watching scarface, my stomach kinda hurt coz i ate so much. Good times.

dont worry
id say 75% of the time i get high i munch to the point where im in pain 3 hours later....which is fine because eating makes me happy
the key is to not eat breakfast or lunch the next day....i know, i know not the healthiest of methods but it balances out...and no, i dont go to the gym

I try not to eat when I am stoned because it kills my buzz but every once in a while I go overboard and regret it because of the calories and the lost buzz. It usually involves cheese.

You really shouldn't limit yourself to 600 calories a day to lose weight. That is a horrible method. You need to learn about eating six smaller nutritional meals according to your bodies needs. If done correctly, you will lose weight in the most affective, and permanent way. Seach for "Tom Venuto" and "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" for more insight. I have benefited greatly from the proper techniques. Picture proof?

i dont mind the munchies, but i have one somewhat odd problem. when ever i get the munchies, ill take all the foods im about to eat, and mix them all together... im not kiddin.. peas + applesauce + doritos + ice cream + rice. it just somehow tastes awesome.
anyone else have the mixyndrome?
my friends just say i should put a tarp on the floor and just throw all my food on there and go nuts.

Every one seems to be diet experts these days. If she wants to go 600 calories a day that isn't that bad. Nutrasystem and several other diet plans are based on about 800 calories a day for women. Obviously she doesn't stick to it every day as she just ate 6 muffins, 3 sodas, chocolate, doritos, etc. That is probably more than Nicole Ritchie ate all year long. She will be fine.
