Matt Schnur is currently being incarcerated at the Larimer County Detention Center and is a Type I IDDM (Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus) also suffering from gastroporesis and diabetic neuropathy. Since being detained he has had problems related to ALL THREE CONDITIONS, with little effort on behalf of LCDC to control these problems.

PLEASE release this college student from incarceration immediately. Let him resume his life and studies, and go back to being a productive member of society/medical marijuana patient. Just because Schnur has decided to devote his life work to cannabinoid research, this is no reason to continue to treat him like the thousands of failed DRUG WAR victims previously incarcerated. We are talking about marijuana here, people, NOT METH, and a currently legal patient, at that! PLEASE be respectful of his continuing medical needs, and consider early release ASAP.
