You can gain a extra inch!
I was watching oprah and they were doing one of the weightloss specials with that Dr. I forget his name. Anyways if a guy is over weight if he looses 35 pounds he gains a extra inch of lenghth. It has something to do with fat building up in the groin area around the base of your dick and when you loose 35 pounds you get that inch back that has been hibernating in that patch of fat.

That was Dr. Mehmet Oz, a highly respected cardio-thoracic surgeon and author--and one of the great heroes of the cardiology and health world.
Being lean helps male "endowment" in a couple of ways. Not only by eliminating the fat pad in the groin but also by helping keep testosterone levels nice and high. Testosterone is a muscle-binding hormone. The more muscular and lean guys are, the higher their testosterone levels. Hence the more impressive they are size-wise and erection-firmness wise, too. Estrogen is a fat-binding hormone. Which is fine in women. That's why we naturally have a bit more body fat. But in men, extra fatty tissue means they have higher levels of estrogen in their bodies than they ought to have. And that keeps them from being their best in the areas of endowment and erectile function.
I think if more mean realized this, they'd work harder at keeping themselves in better shape. The same is true for smoking. It's the number one killer of erectile function. But still people continue to smoke . . . .

Yes sir, I'm very serious. Ask any urologist or cardio-pulmonary doctor for a confirmation of this fact. Smoking affects erectile function in a negative way because it contributes to arterioslcerosis. This unfortunate fact is one of the best ways to persuade men to stop smoking, too, believe it or not. They're more likely to quit to improve the quality of their erections than to benefit their overall health.

What Dr. Oz said was kind of true, but kind of misleading. I just lost about 40lbs., so I know. The penis doesn't actually grow. If you have lost weight, you gain size, when you measure, because since you have lost fat from your pelvis area, your base staing point is lower. As you gain weight you don't gain fat in your dick or we'd have a bunch of 300 lb. dudes waddling around. But thanks birdgirl. I didn't know that testoterone stuff. Cool. Anyway, I gained over 1" in length, but that's because the starting point is lower. I still like to think I have this humungous prick though.

ya losing weight doesn't make your penis bigger, it just unearths it so to speak. it was always there, just hidden away in a bunch of fat. if guys actually wanna gain penis size...there is always something called jelqing. its like exercise for your penis. i don't really believe it myself, but even people like Sue Johanson (rockin canadian sex nurse) are starting to come around to the idea that it MIGHT work. it's worth a shot.
