chronic pain - stress-related?

So I have had:

chest pain (normal radiograph, normal EKG)
vulvar pain (checked by a gyno, told it was sensitive skin)
migraines
retinal bleed (idiopathic, "no known cause")

Now, this week, I have unrelenting nausea (no vomiting) and abdominal pain (normal bowel movements). Went to the doc who said it was probably stomach flu (but maybe appendicitis, and to go to the ER if it got bad).

Well it's gotten worse but not bad still. MJ helped the last two days with the nausea but this morning didn't help at all (prior to doc's visit).

Wondering if anybody else has had pain syndromes similar to mine and could recommend what to do?
