I've heard so much about this show so I finally added it to my Netflix queu and it has arrived now. I am so excited to watch it! Here's the rub...my wife doesn't partake of the good herbs, but she'll watch these types of movies, but is there anything I should maybe prepare for. example...I just started growing tomatoes in the attic and she was paranoid as hell about it, but I reasoned with her. Is this show going to make her more paranoid?

I'm in the same boat as you, except I grow my tomatoes out back and I can put mine in a salad ;) Weeds is a great show, but my wife didn't get into it at all so I just watched them on my own. Each DVD consist of several 30 minute shows, however, so it's not a big deal to watch one here or there when she's not around. If you're worried she might see something you don't want her to I'd recommend you do the same.
Great! Thanks Fengzi and Polo420 for the lowdown. She was really into 6 feet Under and they smoked all the time on that show. In fact I think it lent to her being more open-minded on the subject. So I'm hoping for that kind of reaction.
