They carry something at walmart and home depot that will work; GardenSafe vegetable spray. Pyrethrin-based and relatively nontoxic to humans.

bugs
I noticed some flies in my grow space about a month ago. I killed them by hand and then improved the cleanliness of the space and I've (thankfully) not seen them since! I'd like to know what products other people use though. Are there any good products specifically for MJ?

well i bought some Schultz "Garden Safe Fungicide 3". It's 3 garden products in 1 and organic. Fungicide( Controls black spot, rust, powdery mildew), Insecticide( Controls whiteflies, aohids & itger pests), and Miticide( Controls spider mites & other mite pests). Look's good, i'll be applying it for 7 days straight, and maybe 7 more so it doesn't get infested again. I'll let you know how it works.

That fungicide 3 was my first exposure to the wonders of NEEM.
Check the active ingredient... that stuff is great.
After you initially fix your bug problem, go ahead and fill a misting bottle with about a half-strength dilution of what they recommend, and you can mist your vegging plants daily. They will start to look glossy and healthy in about a week.
