For the past two nights now I have 5 hour sleep. Next morning I work from 11-3/4-10, I'm still not tired. Its 4am here, I'm not the slightest bit sleepy.
I'm starting to trip out badly on weed, so I'm afraid to use it to sleep now. Maybe I just have alot of problems.
I'm fustrated, whats wrong?
try some yoga breathing or relaxation cds, you can buy books or cds on both subjects or find some info online

I cant sleep when im dry either.
Try herbal extracts, I have one to halp me calm down and one to help energise me, and beleive me, they work.
IM pulling an all nighter.
An every over day thing for me. With college and work and my girlfriend. It's 4:57 AM and I'm just going to do my essay... study for finals and smoke a few bowls to relax before my presentation.
I need a break but I'm getting it done.

Crude...get some benadryll and tylenol
witch is "tylenol PM"... but you buy it seperate..... take 2 of each 1-2 hours before you want o be asleep.....
do it for a couple nights till you get back in a pattern.....

When I find it hard to sleep, and with all those voices screaming in my head, sometimes it isn't any wonder, I make up little movies in my head.
Sometimes, in the movie, I am the captain of a wicked spaceship that i control with my thought patterns. There is usually a damson in distress.
Other times, I'll be a master of all martial arts, or a profient assasin, or a computer whizz.......often, a damsel will experience distress.
Either that, or I'll get up, have a cup of tea and sleep later.

I can't study anymore because I am not understanding anything, or retaining it.
Yet I can't sleep.
Tried to hit my pipe and shot smoke out my nose and now it burns like a mother fucker.
