I got 6 plants today. They were grown from a seedling in regular soil. I need to switch them to my growth medium filled pots. Any suggestions? the plants are 4 weeks old.

I like to use a rooting powder that I sprinkle on the root ball and inside the hole before I place the new plant in it. I never have any noticeable stress or shock after the transplant, and I also use some Super Thrive in the water that I apply after the plant is in the hole. I usually water until a little water is running out of the drain holes in the bottom. At that point I won't have to water for a few days.
Adieu
what brand rooting powder do you use?
im sorry, i have 2 1000 watt lights. with huds. and well ventillated
I transplanted 1 plant tonight. I put it in the growth medium with the roots coverd in soil. I didnt want to expose them too much. Added a couple drops over superthrive in its water. Tomorrow im going to see how its doing. That will determine how I transplant the rest. Wish me luck!
pics?
I don't have digi camera. I finished transplanting all the plants last night. Today they were a little droopy, but I think they will live. I can tell I overwaterd them a bit the past few days.
