EDIT: The first one was the one that scared the shit out of me and the second one was weird as fuck looking... I dunno either could be done with a lot of practice the first could be a pile of leaves and fake body ontop and then someone's head sticking out and when they heard the camera guy get close they screamed and the second could be some guy just running like a weirdo... I dunno I can't say whether I believe it or not.

The first one was that cat from the lord of the rings movies, but more likely a common troll, but most likely someone with no hair plus the scream was totally fake, and the time is wacky on that video.
The second one like abattior said is someone on pcp, you can tell by the walk its hitler, or a breakdancer, or maybe a friend of the two kids in the car.
