Pending Urine Test Results! HELP

I took a urine test on Monday with Quest Diagnostics. I just found out that my test was pending and they needed me to call them. Now i had smoked a week before but excercised for a week and drank a lot of water and drank a detox drink about two hours before going called Strip EC. What does it mean if they need to speak to me. Could it be because of any prescription drug i was on ? If they found marijuana they would not ask me i would have failed right away right? What can i expect from this? Someone help please!!

Hmm maybe call them and find out. was this test for a job? You should be in the clear. I know of guy who smoked three days before a piss test and he was fine. He just drank a LOT OF water.

My question is if i tested positive for marijuana, i would have failed automatically, right or wrong? Could this be about prescription drugs i have taken? Whats the issue usually when they need to talk to you and the test results are pending.

Well it never happened to me so I dont know. If you did test positive just say you went to a concert and they were a bunch of shit getting passed around, but you didnt smoke. In other words your pretty much saying you second handed the smoke in

There is a great book that just came out called Passing Drug Tests. It explains what you're going through. You are going to talk to a Medical Review Officer (MRO) and he's kinda like a referee. He will give you a chance to explain why you might've come up hot. Quest uses GC-MS, not immunoassay, drug tests so it didn't matter how much water you drank and you have to come up with a very good reason why you're hot.
